Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the marketing site and the product. Accessibility is part of how we build, not a step at the end. [Confirm target level and scope after audit.]
What we do
- Semantic, keyboard-navigable structure with visible focus.
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds, and meaning never carried by colour alone.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences — animations are decorative and never block content.
- Text that scales without breaking layout, and forms with clear labels and error messages.
- Verified sign-in options (passkeys, GOV.UK One Login, BankID) that work with assistive technology.
Known limitations
Some interactive demonstrations on the site are visual aids with text equivalents nearby. We are working to ensure every such element has a full non-visual equivalent. [List specific known issues from the audit, with target fix dates.]
Tell us about a barrier
If something is hard to use, we want to know — and we'll help you get what you need in the meantime. Email access@rvode.com with the page and the problem, and we'll respond within [X working days].
Enforcement
If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the relevant body — in the UK, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS); in Sweden, Myndigheten för digital förvaltning (DIGG). [Confirm applicable regime; the public-sector accessibility regulations may not bind a private service — verify with legal.]
